It allows us to tap into building strength, flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness that is meant to be incorporated into our daily lives.
Vinyasa
This gentle and nurturing practice promotes relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation. It's the perfect antidote to our busy and stressful lives, allowing us to slow down, tune into our bodies, and find deep rest and restoration.
With Slow Release, balance out a more vigorous yoga practice or simply unwind and restore your energy.
Restorative
Experience a Still & Deep physical and emotional release with this slow and meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body. Perfect for relieving muscle tension, promoting increased flexibility and joint mobility.
Emphasizes long-held postures and stretching for tension release.

Practice Terms + Definitions
Deep
Movements and postures that open the chest, hips, back.
Slow
Sequence of repetitive movements that allow our muscles to stretch and release pent-up energy or emotions. With heavy sweating and twisting, it’s a cleanse from the inside out.
Release
Calming, mindful, and deliberate approach that cultivates a deeper sense of awareness and presence.
Rinse
Tension Release, surrender, and ease through letting for of physical or emotional tension.
