Our work involves getting clear on your goals and the barriers that currently hold you back. Through Mindfulness, we’ll transform resistance and force into inspired action and flow. Each session includes a customized meditation, inquiry work, and practical tools to incorporate into your daily life, moving you towards your ultimate goals and desires. No matter where in your life that you’re looking to grow, this 3 month intensive is designed to propel you forward. As a coach I deliver the support, tools and accountability to help you create more joy ease and satisfaction in your life.

Virtual sessions are scheduled weekly, each lasting 45 minutes.
