Today we introduce the Inner Resource Meditation.

This tool will be a foundational part of your daily practice over the next 14 days. Our aim is to create an inner resource of wellbeing. A visualization that brings you joy, peace, and inner harmony any time you need it. During your visualization, we scan the body to identify the felt sense of wellbeing, creating a physical imprint & muscle memory. The more regularly you practice accessing your inner resource, the easier it will be to access outside of your meditation practice.

Journal Prompt: Describe your inner resource. Name the qualities, the colors, the scenery you experience. How does your inner resource engage the senses? What are some key words that help you access that felt sense of wellbeing? Examples being “joyful, grounded, light, content, relaxed” Where can you locate this felt sense of wellbeing in the body, and how does it feel? The hips, the chest, the face and shoulders.
